Banned or suspended account
The game's login screen showed a message that the account would be unlocked after one day. However, that time has long passed (many days have gone by), and my account is still banned/locked. I kindly request you to check the status of my ban immediately as the promised one-day unlock did not happen.

We can't look into bans through the EA forums, but if you send in a ban appeal using the steps below, our Terms of Service team can check this out for you:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
