Black screen and long loading time

The Challenge Event froze while loading to enter the match. I checked YouTube to check the network connection, but when I returned, the screen went black. Even when I played Ibrahimovic in the background, the loading time was quite long, even though the number was already showing 100%.

I'm using a Poco C65 device.
