Black screen

Hello Ea My problem was that I was playing head-to-head attack and out of nowhere my screen went black. I thought the match wouldn't continue, but it kept going and I lost. I played another match to get back the star I lost, and in the second match I could see the pitch, but not the players; only their names appeared, and it was impossible to play like that. Plus, if your opponent is good, it's even harder. I lost two stars. I hope you can help me with this problem, please.
