Bug$ !!!!!

Is it normal for two weeks that I can't play VSA properly??? I play two matches and after one match it freezes and I can't play, I exit the game, I play another match and after one match I can't play again, I have very good internet, I reported the problem for a week and no one answers me, I put money into the game and I can't enjoy an ok game, I'd rather play Minecraft than take part in your disinterest.
