Bug Report: Kick Off Missions Missing from Activity Tab

Kick off quest of toty isn't available in my account 

I am reporting a clear account-level discrimination regarding the TOTY Kickoff Missions. I have provided all technical details to the Help Desk, but I am being looped by bots asking for device info I already sent.

The proof of the bug is undeniable: The missions work perfectly in Guest Mode on the same device, but they are missing on my main active account. Furthermore, friends who are far less active in the game have the missions, while loyal, daily players like me are excluded. Is EA intentionally punishing active players or is your database flag system simply broken? We need an immediate account-side fix and an explanation for this negative discrimination. Stop the bot replies and escalate this to a specialist!

Hi EA,

The 20,000 Gem Kickoff Missions are active for some players but completely missing for others (including me), right in the middle of TOTY. Giving such a massive advantage to a selected group while ignoring loyal players is unfair and creates an uneven playing field.

Is this a bug, or are you intentionally excluding part of the community? We deserve a clear answer and equal opportunity to earn these rewards.

I am reporting a persistent bug where the Kickoff Missions are completely missing from my main account, while they appear perfectly in Guest Mode on the same device. This clearly proves the issue is account-bound and server-side.

My experience with EA Help has been extremely frustrating and contradictory. Advisor Mayank officially admitted it was a "developmental level bug" and forwarded it to the devs. However, Advisor Joyce later denied the existence of the error and refused to escalate my case to a Senior Manager, effectively blocking any manual compensation for the missing Gems and Vouchers.

I have already cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, and finished all Foundation quests, but nothing worked. It is unacceptable that active players are being locked out of rewards while support provides no ETA or solution. I am requesting a Community Manager to review this case and provide the manual compensation that the regular support team refuses to grant despite the confirmed bug.
