Community ManagerHey UnknownDIY. Sorry to hear you’re running into this error message in VSA matches. I’m not sure which troubleshooting steps you’ve already gone through with the support team, so please try these first and let us know if you need any further assistance.
- Run the FC Mobile Mobile Troubleshooting Guide for your device.
- Clear the FC Mobile app cache before trying VSA again.
- Make sure both the FC Mobile app and your phone OS are fully updated.
- If possible, test it using a different network
