[BUG] TOTY Midfielder Dice cannot claim reward

Please I was supposed to be given 150 rank up points but you only gave me 1000 coins💔

I ran into the same issue in the 2nd run and I managed to record a video on the third run. I was supposed to get a draft ticket the first time it happened, then 800 gems on the one I managed to record. How can I attach the recording?

This is a quite simple method which should count the steps without overlooking "special" fields. They are not able to do that properly.

I have clearly landed on the training transfer point but can't get the reward! Please help, ive not had any of the rewards I landed on 

I spent tokens, got a number on a dice, clicked on it and landed on a tile which has a reward.  

But I can't claim it. 

Tried again and used the special pack to pick a number, clicked on the token to land on a tile with rewards.

Still can't claim it.  What's happening EA? Note that these were my first turns.

This exact same thing happened with me too. The 1000 coins are for a normal node without the special reward. The special rewards are not claimable only. I crossed 11 reward milestones but got only 2 or 3.

EA_Pulsar please fix this. Many people are facing the same issue. We need those valueable rewards ASAP.

Besides EA is hungry for money it is hungry for foders. In video you will see I got 3 on dice and I should get player. I got 1000 coins - perfectly implemented theft from EA.
