[BUG] TOTY Midfielder Dice cannot claim reward

i have same issue i cannot claim draft voucher even i landed on it. please see attached screen shots.
EA please fix this asap and compensate us!!! thanks

You are already killing the game for us free to play players and now this kind of issues make it even worse. Tell me how exactly are you going to check if each reward is granted correctly for every user? And how are you going to compensate accordingly to the users facing issues? And most importantly how long should we wait?? We need those rewards ASAP. We don't want to miss out on your valuable rewards just because your **bleep** bugs. Please compensate in a right way in the earliest time possible and please let us free players feel that there is something for us in the game

Hi EA_Pulsar​ - the fix is ridiculous mate.. it just shows them as ticked now (which is good to show whether that's been landed or not) but real problem remains.. we didn't receive those rewards.

For ex: it shows draft and gems ticked for me but I was not able to claim them. Screenshot attached to the original reported issue

It appears there is a bug with the reward distribution system. I successfully rolled at the required number,  but the rewards failed to drop. I’d appreciate it if you could fix this error and grant the rewards I earned.
