Hello EA Support,
I’m a FC Mobile player, and for several days I’ve been receiving the error 0x000102710 saying that my account is suspended. The message mentions that the suspension is for a few hours, but it has lasted much longer and I’m still unable to log in.
I want to confirm that I’m not using any VPN, mods, or any third-party tools. My gameplay is completely normal from the same device I always use.
Please review my account status and lift the suspension if possible, as I haven’t been able to access the game for days.
