Can’t run

None of my players run and it causes me to lose the ball when I try to finesse they do a fake shot. I haven’t changed any settings or even know if I can. It causes me to lose in head-to-head and versus attack they won’t run to the ball even when I’m holding down sprint, they just run away from it or just stay there. Some of them can’t even move at all.
