Cannot claim Right Flank Attack reward – Error 500006

Hello EA,

I cannot claim my reward from the Right Flank Attack event in FC Mobile.

I keep getting this error: UNKNOWN ERROR [500006].

I have tried:

- Changing network

- Reset network settings

- Reinstalling the game

- Logging out and logging in again

But I still cannot claim the reward and I have not received the 20,000,000 coins.
