Can't access the game

Every match I get a resource error or a network error message even though my internet seems to be perfectly fine. I tried to restart my phone and the game but with no hope. Tried reinstalling the game and now keep getting download error and network error messages and can't even enter my account or the game. On time I finally entered but all I got was that grey screen I attached here. I really wanna finish my daily quests before they end. Thanks

    Below are some connectivity-related troubleshooting steps. Please try those and let us know how you get on. Thanks.

    • Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
    • Test the game on the other connection type as well: if you’re on Wi-Fi, try mobile data (check both 4G and 5G if possible); if you’re on mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache.
    • Close background apps and make sure the phone has enough free storage.
    • Confirm both FC Mobile and your phone OS are fully updated.
    • If possible, sign into the same account on another supported device and test a match there.
