Choose account problem

Hey,

I have been having a problem with logging into my guest account for the past 5 days, i cant login to my guest account because of the loading screen with the white ball thats constantly hovering over the choose an account box and i dont want to risk reinstalling since its a guest account. I have 120 ovr and have been playing on it for almost 2 years, please it would really help if you responded because i dont want to stop playing because of this.
