Coins Deducted but Player Not Received

Hello EA Team,
I purchased a player (Marcelo 113 LB) from the Transfer Market in FC Mobile. My coins were deducted, but I did not receive the player. The order is stuck showing “Purchasing,” and the player does not appear in “Claim All Players” or my inventory.
Please check the transaction and return either the player or my coins.
Thank you.

    Gotcha, our Support team can look into the missing content for you. Here's what you need to do

    1. Grab some proof of purchase (PoP)  - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for Apple purchases.
    2. Follow these steps to open a support team for help with FC Mobile cases.

     

    They'll do their best to help you with this from there.
