already tried most troubleshooting steps clearing cache, updating the game and phone, closing background apps, reinstalling, but the problem persists. I also tested the game on another phone Xiaomi Redmi 11s, and it works perfectly there. This indicates that the issue is specific to my Samsung S24 fe.
