Download overtime

I just opened the game after the update and didn't work so i closed the phone after i fully closed the game then open it agin but still didnt work .so i tried airplane mode and i used mobile data and i used a vpn and i reunstalled the game but still say download overtime please i need help

    Hi there, sorry to hear you’re running into the “Download Overtime” message after the update. I prepared some steps that could help resolve this issue. 

    • Make sure your FC Mobile account is linked/backed up before clearing data or reinstalling again. If you were using a Guest account, repeated reinstalling can risk progress loss.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache. If your account is linked, also clear app data.
    • Restart your phone fully, then open FC Mobile again.
    • Make sure you have at least 2–5 GB free storage.
    • Check your phone’s date, time, and region settings.
    • Update your phone system software and update all apps from the Play Store/App Store.
    • If it still fails, reset Wi-Fi/mobile/Bluetooth network settings, reconnect to the network, and try launching again.
