My EA account is linked inside FC Mobile with green checkmark.
But the redeem website redeem.fcm.ea.com keeps saying the EA account is not linked to FC Mobile.
I already tried logging out, restarting the game, and using Incognito.
Please help fix this.

Community ManagerIt’s possible you’re signing in with a different EA Account than the one linked in FC Mobile.
Please try any other email address you may use for EA, ideally in an Incognito/ Private tab, and check the Redeem site again.
i am facing the same issue not data shown, nor on web it is not showing that i own the game nor i can check online performance score although i am playing on pc via ea App
