EA please get your servers to work exceptionally great and stop this lagging

Good day, EA. We all know and understand that you guys are running a business. But give us our time and money's worth. Giving out 117 OVR players for "free" for your 200 voucher errors doesn't remove the fact your systems are latent and annoyingly lagging.. You'll be rolling out 119 OVR players in 2 days' time.. So that renders your 117 free players outdated and lagging systems not fixed! You playing with us and wasting our time, money and efforts! Please, for crying out loud, fix your algorithms, bugs and lagging systems. Y'all are busy force feeding us new content everyday cause you're money hungry, we know but please don't do it to our faces like that. We lose games not because gamers aren't good but your freezing arcade makes true footballers incompetent.. Of course y'all gain new gamers everyday but you'll lose true soccer-game players to eFootball and the rest cause of your freezing, horrible network machines! I'd suggest you slow down on busy upgrading OVRs with your recycled players.. It's morbid.. and invest in giving us seamless impeccable gaming experiences! Not just looks.  In a world of millions of great players who the world have witnessed, you keep repeating players and upgrading overalls. Imagine, Neymar isn't in Ginga but him and only Pele hold the highest honorary accolade in Brazil.. Bale has recently retired but his card is in Black and while but Maakay's is in color for the Uefa campaig.. Are guys really serious, LOL?! I don't know who's your creative director, but the whole department needs change..
