Ea sign up bug

First of all, let me explain the situation: I have an account linked to Google Play Games, but I can't link it to an EA account—though I want to. Could you help me with this?

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble linking your FC Mobile progress to an EA Account.

    Since your progress is already linked to Google Play Games, please go to:

    Settings > Account Management > Link Accounts > EA Account

    If the EA Account linking option is missing entirely, please let us know. This can sometimes happen if the FC Mobile account is registered as an underage account.

    If the option is there but you receive an error when trying to link it, please share the error message or error code you’re seeing so we can narrow it down.
