EA SPORTS FC Mobile Performance, FPS, and Optimization Issues

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile team,

I would like to report a performance and compatibility issue.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S25 FE  

Issue: The 120 FPS option is not available in FC Mobile, and gameplay is capped at 60 FPS.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 supports 120 FPS in FC Mobile and uses the same processor architecture and RAM configuration as the Galaxy S25 FE. There is no meaningful hardware difference that would prevent the Galaxy S25 FE from running the game at 120 FPS.

This strongly suggests a device whitelist or optimization profile issue rather than a hardware limitation.

Steps already tried:

- Latest game version installed

- Device restarted

- Cache cleared

Attached screenshots show that the 120 FPS option is missing and gameplay is locked at 60 FPS.

EA FC Mobile is supposed to run on the Samsung Galaxy A07, but the game suffers from constant  lag and frame drops even on low settings, especially during online matches, where it becomes unplayable. Additionally, the option to play above 30 FPS is not available on this device, which is a 90hz smartphone and can reach good FPS even in heavier games.

I have a Redmi note 13 pro 4G 120hz refresh rate and 8GB RAM but my graphics are locked in medium I need u ea to fix it cus it's a hight end phone and I'm suffering from low fps cus I cant change it 🙏🙏

issue regarding the frame rate on my device samsung a15 5G.

​Although my device hardware supports 60 FPS, I am unable to select or access the 60 FPS option within games. The settings appear to be limited to a lower frame rate, and I cannot find a way to enable the maximum performance my device should be capable of.

​Could you please investigate why the 60 FPS option is unavailable for my model?

Hello EA, My device(Redmi note 14) supports only 30 FPS even though it supports 60+ FPS on other games. Can you fix this issue?

Why won't my Vivo V40 Lite phone turn on 60 FPS But the older Oppo F11 Pro model still works.

I’m using itel RS4 (MediaTek Helio G99, 8GB RAM + virtual RAM, 120Hz display).

In FC Mobile, not only is 60 FPS unavailable, but all UI and visual elements are forced to very low quality.

Menus, animations, and in-game graphics feel downgraded, making the overall experience very poor, even though the device handles system UI smoothly and can run the game on low graphics without lag.

Please consider optimizing FC Mobile for Helio G99 devices or enabling proper graphics and 60 FPS support.

this issue is still happening after updates , S24 Fe supports 120fps and ultra settings however s25 fe doesn't even though s25 fe processor is stronger and newer than s24 fe , please fix this issue

I also face the same problem bro. I have samsung a07 too. Did they announce any update for any optimization for tge game? Do u have information ?

I am a player using the Infinix GT 30 Pro, which is a high-performance device capable of running games at high frame rates. However, in FC Mobile, the “Very High” frame rate option shows a message saying that my device or screen is not supported.

I kindly request that you consider adding Infinix GT 30 Pro to the list of supported devices for the Very High / 120 FPS option, so that players with capable devices can enjoy the game at the best possible performance.
