Error 200017 and 30000

Question

I encountered a problem with my league access. Whenever i use the leagues function, it gives me a notification with error 30000.

When i try to claim my league quests, it gives me a notification with error 200017.

This problem has been going on for a while and I hope you can fix it.

Also, I cant compose a message or DM anyone for some reason so I dont know how to send you my UID privately.
