Hello,
I purchased the Star Pass in EA FC (FIFA) but even though the payment was completed,
the Star Pass did not unlock in my account.
The purchase shows as completed, but I cannot access the Star Pass rewards.
Platform: (Android / iOS / PlayStation / Xbox / PC – hangisiyse yaz)
Game mode: (Ultimate Team / Mobile vs.)
Purchase date: (tarihi yaz)
Order ID / Receipt: (varsa ekle)
Please help me restore the purchase or refund it.
