Exchange - Ultimate TOTY

I have the 121 ovr Dembele and I want to exchange him for the 122 ovr Dembele and I can't.  I have all the necessary resources and 7 footballers of 115 ovr and the application does not see my Dembel...

Shows us the pic of your Dembele, also check that he isn't in any of the line-ups (Starter or Sub)
