extra time Star pick

My extra time star pick is frozen showing (10,000 -  1/1). even though i didnt purchase this 10k pick it is showing that it got purchased.

please solve this issue right now i have to purchase star scout ticket from it as soon as possible, otherwise it will get refreshed tommorow.
