Sorry to hear that. When content isn't appearing in game, we recommend these steps:

1. Allow 24hrs for the content to arrive. Sometimes it can take a bit to appear.
2. If it doesn't show after 24hrs, grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out  'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases.

3. Create an in-game ticket to open a case with our support team for help with FC Mobile cases.
