FC Mobile freezes when performing powered shots after latest update

Hello EA Support,

I would like to report a serious issue in FC Mobile that started after the recent update.

Whenever I try to perform a powered shot, the game freezes and becomes unresponsive. The power bar appears, but the game gets stuck and I cannot continue playing normally. This issue occurs repeatedly during matches and affects my gameplay significantly.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

- Restarting the game

- Restarting my device

- Clearing cache

- Checking my internet connection

- Making sure I have enough free storage space

Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

The game was working normally before the update, and this issue only started afterward. Because of this bug, I am unable to enjoy matches properly and it is affecting my overall experience in FC Mobile.

    • Your region/country
    • FC Mobile app version currently installed
    • Whether the issue occurs in all game modes or only specific modes
    • If possible, a screen recording showing the freeze when performing a power shot
