Fc mobile login issue through EA ACCOUNT

I can't login into my ea account i don't know why I have been trying to login into game but I can't everytime i tap on ea account it loads the ea account page then it went black then restart th game and then it start loop so please it's an humble request to fix my problem please

Hi there. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the login process. Does it get to the point where you can enter your EA account credentials? Have you previously linked your account, or is this the first time you’re trying to link it and the profile is still only a guest account?
