Game Stuck at Tutorial/Kick Off Screen

Subject: FC Mobile Tutorial Stuck – "GO NOW/PLAY" Button Not Working

Dear EA Support Team,

I am facing an issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile. After installing the game from the Google Play Store, I am unable to complete the initial tutorial.

When I tap the "GO NOW" or "PLAY" button, nothing happens and I cannot proceed further.

I have already tried the following:

Reinstalled the game from the Google Play Store.

Cleared cache and app data.

Tested on three different Android phones.

Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Tried using a VPN.

Restarted the devices.

The issue occurs on every device, so it does not appear to be a phone-related problem.

Device: Vivo Y20G (Android 13)

Game Version: 27.0.03

I have also attached a screen recording of the issue.

Kindly investigate this issue and let me know if there is any workaround or fix available.

    I am experiencing a serious issue that prevents me from playing FC Mobile.

    Device Information:

    Device: Motorola Moto G13

    Android Version: 14

    Game Installed From: Google Play Store

    Account: EA account (logged in successfully)

    Issue Description: The game launches normally and logs into my account. After entering my date of birth, the game reaches the "Kick Off" screen.

    However, the screen does not respond to any touch input. I cannot press the Kick Off button, the back arrow, or anything else on the screen. The game is not frozen because:

    Background music plays normally.

    Button click sounds can be heard.

    Only the touch input does not work.

    Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

    Reinstalled the game.

    Cleared cache and app data.

    Restarted the phone multiple times.

    Verified that the touch screen works perfectly in every other app.

    Installed the game only from the Google Play Store.

    The game worked correctly on this same phone for about 2 years, and this issue started recently.

    Please investigate this compatibility or touch input issue for the Motorola Moto G13 running Android 14.

    Hi. Thanks for taking the time to provide such a detailed report and for letting us know everything you've already tried. Since you've already tested multiple devices, reinstalled the game, switched between Wi-Fi, mobile data, and a VPN, I'd like to try one more thing to help narrow down the cause.

    If possible, could you try launching the game on a different device while connected to a completely different internet provider (for example, a friend's home Wi-Fi or a different mobile carrier)? If you're able to get through the tutorial, please link your progress to your EA Account (or another supported login method) before signing back in on your main device to see if the issue persists there.

    It would also be worth checking that your device's date and time are set to Automatic, Google Play Services and Android System WebView are fully up to date, and that any Private DNS settings, ad blockers, firewall apps, or similar network filtering tools are temporarily disabled, as these can occasionally interfere with the game's initial setup.
