Hi, sorry you're running into this with the game on your device. Please try the following steps and let us know if that helps resolve the problem. :
- Force close FC Mobile.
- Restart your device
- Go to Settings, Apps, find FC Mobile and Storage.
- Clear the cache first.
- If the issue continues, clear app data/storage (make sure your account is linked before doing this).
- Restart your device.
- Launch the game again and test a match.
- If you're on Wi-Fi, try mobile data (or vice versa), as connection-related issues can sometimes trigger freezes/crashes.
- Make sure FC Mobile and your device OS are fully updated.
