game crashing

 game freezing completely in middle of the game again i need to restart the game and today i did nearly 20 times in a hour my team ovr now is 120 literally i want to leave the game i am fully frustated about the game only thing stopping me is my team i am not able to leave the game EA plz fix this  i am done with the game plz fix this freezing issue and give compensation rewards EA plz do it
