Game freezing after I click play in div rivals

So, I was playing Division Rivals (Head-to-Head and VSA), and the game constantly gets stuck after I click Play. It freezes for around 10 minutes, and even though the match starts, I’m not able to play at all—I just end up losing. This has happened to me several times now, and it’s becoming a real nuisance since I can’t play H2H smoothly anymore.

Is this some kind of hacking done by the opponent, or is it a game issue? Am I going to get my stars back? This really seems like the game’s fault, because my internet connection is flawless—so it can’t be my problem. Still, I keep losing without even playing the match.
