game lagging uncontrollably

whenever i enter fc mobile, the game loads fine until it puts me in, it freezes and blocks my phone uncontrollably, and in forced to leave the game, and its been going **bleep** this for 3 weeks, and im forced into not playing the game, i cant do anything about it, and i am scared i might lose my free to play 114 ovr account
