I can't enter the game on my account. The other account has no problem on my mobile.
- When I log in, the UI stays on a black screen.
- In the middle of the screen, a white loading image keeps flashing, but the game never enters the main menu.
- I can still hear the background music, but the visuals never load.
- There is no error message during the whole process.
What I have already tried:
- Deleted the client and reinstalled the game.
- Restarted my phone.
- Switched networks (WiFi and 5G).
- Ensured there is enough storage space (my phone has plenty of free space)
- Also tried another device
My device:
- Samsung Note 10 plus
- Storage space is sufficient
But the issue still persists. Is this a known bug after the latest update? Any workaround or fix would be appreciated.
