I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Many players are complaining that their accounts can't be played and are stuck on a black loading screen with menu music playing. We haven't logged in today, lost mission progress, and have tried various methods such as switching to Wi-Fi, buying data packages, and changing devices. Our accounts can't be accessed. How can we solve this? Please fix it today before the reset tomorrow. We are very disappointed.
Am experiencing the same thing to like I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing hasn't changed since yesterday after the update. Very disappointing indeed
