Gams suddenly stops in between the match or in game

I am just experiencing this issue since 2 weeks , I have uninstalled the game several times and reinstalled the game but the issue continues .

I am not able to play any match perfectly instead the game stops in between and I concede goal or the opponent intercepts the ball from me.
