Got stuck on loading screen

Dear EA FC

I am your old player I played this game for 2.5 years when it was known as fifa but now this game is getting out of hands whenever I start the game of division rivals it gets stack on loading screen and I lose points for no reason and it's getting frustrating now fix this asap
