Guild coin bug

Hi, EA sports. I want to report a bug. Went it was a new season for guild, it will give me some awards, guild coin. But , when I start before that time, it restart my score(actually is score 9000+). After that, it gave me the guild coin that only 15000+ and my guild are level 10. Please repair this bug, thanks.
