hello EA and FC community i have a big problem

hi everyone,

im her eto repeort a but in the game which doesnt let me even play the game the right way , sonce everytime i press the game icon to play it just sends me to the lock screen of the mobile and when i open the phone it s playing the game but it sends me to the lock screen again and again no matter how hard i try i cant even log in and play this bug is happening to me for 3 months or smth like that and i deleted the game and download it again for so many times but nothing works and i will put a video juat to clearify things for you
