Heroes Chronicles – Exchange button and player no longer visible
In the Heroes Chronicles event, the exchange option is currently not visible. Neither the Exchange button nor the player card that should be exchanged for tokens appears in the event screen.
A few days ago, this functionality was working correctly and the exchange option was visible as intended. The issue seems to have appeared recently without any changes on my side.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open EA SPORTS FC Mobile
2. Navigate to Heroes Chronicles
3. Go to the section Hero Assemble
4. Observe that the exchange button and the player card are missing
Expected result:
The exchange button and the selectable player should be visible, allowing players to exchange the hero/player for tokens.
Actual result:
The exchange button and the player do not appear, making the exchange impossible.
Additional notes:
- This was working correctly a few days ago
- Issue persists after restarting the app
- Issue also persists after reinstalling the entire app with clearing all cache and data before
- Platform: EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26 (mobile device android)

Thanks for flagging this. Could you take a peek again now and see if you can see the Exchange button and players?
If not, try closing out of the game fully and loading back in to quickly resync things.
