Hey FC, please improve the gameplay and fix the problems that are happening.

Every time I enter a head-to-head match, the game tells me there's a line in the network, and the internet connection is good, but I lose a star. Now, because of this, I've lost 3 stars. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
