I can’t log into my FC Mobile account (suspended)

Hello EA Team,

 

I tried to log into my FC Mobile account today, but I received a message saying that my account is suspended. I am not sure why this happened, and the game does not tell me how long the suspension will last.

 

Please review my account and tell me the exact reason and duration of the suspension. 

I just want to understand what happened and when I will be able to access my account again.

    I wish I could look into this for you, but we can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums.

    Our Terms of Service team assists players with bans and suspensions. They can investigate this for you if you send in a ban appeal

    Follow these steps to reach them:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
