Hey folks,

Unfortunately we don't have the tools to look into missing accounts here on the forums. For both of you, is it possible that you're not logging in with the same accounts? If you have multiple, I'd recommend trying those first. If you still can't find your account, I'd recommend keeping the User ID of your old account on-hand and reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option.

  Please try checking if the account still exists using the ID. Yesterday I already tried to recover it in several ways, but it keeps logging into another account.
