I can't rescue a player.

I'm completely frustrated with the UEFA Dream Focus Pack.

I have the 500 points needed to redeem the player I want, but every time I go to the pack details and try to confirm, a completely different player appears instead.

It's like the game is bugged. I keep checking, I see the right player in the selection, but when I try to redeem it, another one always shows up. Is anyone else experiencing this?
