I faced a glitch with black friday pack

I opened 40 black friday packs and as the rewards is grantee 113-115 in my case it showed glorious era badge progress so we all know it will be matthaus then suddenly I got disconnected when I opened the game it was eto 113 how is that possible i don't understand I got glorious era badge progress and got eto it was supposed to be matthaus 

Kindly see through this i spend a quite amount of money and after spending this I will face
