I Want to update my EA account birth date

I wrote my account birthday date in the game different from the one in the EA account so the game can't log in , the one in the game is the right one but the one in the EA account is different I don't know how this happened I want to update my data but it refuses to edit it so what should I do?????????

    It didn't work i tried every possible way and after trying to change it again this message appeared 

    And I tried many times to contact them but it didn't work too!
