Inadequate Compensation for Draft Voucher Glitch
I am complaining about the 200 drafts glitch compensation I got Henry and I already had Henry how could EA give me someone they gave me , when other players are going to receive different players
Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. The gift pack was granted based on normal pack probabilities, not based on the items already owned on an account. Because of that, it was still possible to receive a duplicate item, even if you already had it.
I understand this may feel frustrating, but the granted reward was not tailored to each individual club.
