Incorrect Ban – Request for Review - Error [ 0x00102710]
Hello EA Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I recently attempted to log into FC Mobile and received a message stating that my account has been banned. Unfortunately, the ban message does not show any duration or details, and my EA Penalty History is completely empty.
I respectfully request a review of my case because I believe this ban may have been applied by mistake or due to a system detection error. I am committed to following all EA rules and maintaining fair play. If any issue was triggered by my device or game files, I am willing to cooperate fully to resolve it.
Could you please check:
- The exact reason for the ban
- Whether it is temporary or permanent
- If possible, remove the suspension from my account
This account is very important to me, and I would appreciate any help you can provide.

If you're seeing that message, it means your account has a ban or suspension in place. If you feel there's been some sort of mix-up and you never broke the rules, you can appeal the ban, and our Terms of Service team will investigate things for you.
The steps for a ban appeal are a little bit different for mobile players. I'll share them below. Use them to send in your ban appeal. 🙂
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
