I would like to provide additional screenshots showing the inconsistency.
Chelsea players with OVR 120 in the Champions Event are still assigned the old Skill Boosts, while other OVR 120 players from teams such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, and Galatasaray are assigned the new Skill Boosts.
These players have the same OVR level and are part of the same event, so I believe the Skill Boost assignment should be consistent unless there is a specific reason for the difference.
Please check whether the Chelsea players' Skill Boost data is correctly configured on the server.
