I've Bug fix it

Heyy EA ... I'm a guy from India.... I'm playing Fc mobile... I've bug I've 113 ovr but in attack gameplay my player got 90 ovr i dont why... Today 20+ games I lost it... Please do fix my id... I've attached my id... Soo please recover and fix it as soon as possible...
