Joystick stuck on samsung a52s

My joystick gets stuck while playing H2H and even in AI mode I have report it earlier also but no solution from EA side please fix this irritating issue . I have tried everything even uninstall the game and reinstall it . Even made the joystick floating to stationary .But nothing working for me 

Please Note There is nothing wrong with my device or screen it only happens in the game
